How the company deals with Feedback and Complaints

Our aim is to ensure:

  • We will endeavour to learn from complaints and customer feedback, use them to improve our service and to review annually our complaints policy and procedures.
  • The quality of the service provided to our patients will never be adversely affected because a complaint has been made.
