Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Patients may cancel an appointment at any point in the lead up to an appointment. To do so, please log into your MyAllView account and click the cancel button on the appointment slot you would like to cancel.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the appointment time you will be deducted a €60 cancellation fee from your refund.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment at any point in your MyAllview Account by clicking Reschedule on the appointment slot in question.
